Anyone else taken 2 rounds of BCP b4 IVF?

My clinic cycles patients together and in order to get me to fit in their schedule I will start BCP today (CD3) and stop on 3/21.  I will then restart BCP on 3/28, stop on 4/15 and then start stims.  Anyone else have a protocol like this?

    I've taken active pills for IVF last year it was for about a month and a 1/2 and this time for close to 2 months but always on active pills and I never stopped in middle of them.

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    Yes, I will be doing this, but it is because my IVF got pushed back a month due to insurance issues. I was worried about being oversurpressed, but the RE said it will be fine since I will be taking the placebo pills before I start the active pills again in a few days.

    It sounds like we are on similar schedules and I've been taking BCPs for 3 weeks already.  I'll take them continuously though until 4/4 and start taking ganirelix on the 8th and stims on the 12th.
