big reason i choose BBB over BRU

the changing rooms they offer at BBB are AWESOME!!!!!!  they have two rooms....a feeding room and a changing room.  the feeding room is beautifully decorated....has two gliders, a really nice dresser with a very thick, cushioned changing pad (of course i put our pad on top of that pad), and such pretty things on the walls.  the changing room has another gorgeous changing table set up with a table full of every size of pampers and huggies diapers and wipes.  both stores are in the same shopping center where i live, and if i know i will be shopping for a while i always go to BBB instead.  i LOVE that place.

    and the fact that they take Bed, Bath and Beyond coupons... BBB is also better laid out IMO

    We don't have a BBB and I hate BRU - it feels all gross and icky.  Crying

    i LOVE LOVE LOVE the lay out!  and i always have a Bed Bath and Beyond coupon on hand. 

     i, too, think of BRU as dirty.  BBB always seems so clean and fresh.

    The better selection (they have everything from all price points), and how clean and neat the store is (mine is anyway), and how helpful they are.

    My BBB doesn't have a nice changing area. The nursing room is a tiny closet with two gliders and it's really dingy. But literally all that fits in there are the 2 gliders. The places where you can change your baby is just in the bathroom they have one of those pull down things on the wall. They do have hand sanitizer in there but IMO the changing situation isn't any better than any other store.

    I love BBB over BRU but just because I like their customer service better. And it's a nicer store. Although the BRU I've been to in my area have pretty nice nursing and changing areas.

    All of this + the customer service at BBB rocks!!!  I really like that I can use my BRU coupons there, too.  So, I always have a coupon to use!

    Their return policy is amazing just like Bed Bath...

    Buy Buy Baby; they are owned by the same people as bed bath and beyond and you can use their coupons there.

    they had a BBB in durham NC. when i lived in raleigh (i was 21) a co workers wife registered there and i must say i wish there was one here!! it was so much better than BRU
