If so, do you have any problems with plugged ducts? I have had a few plugs since I started BFing and I can't seem to find a bra I like that isn't underwire. I'm just concerned that if I get an underwire bra it will cause me problems.
Yep, all the time. I've never had plugged ducts. I'd probably rethink and wear an underwire-free bra if I already had problems with plugged ducts, though.
I do and I much prefer it to the non-underwire nursing bras that I have. I haven't had any issues w/ plugged ducts. Just be sure it fits correctly and you should be fine. The wires on the side should sit behind your breast tissue on your rib cage. I got professionally fitted at Nordstroms. They only have a few in stock but they have a bunch online. Good luck.
Re: Do you wear an underwire bra?
i dont mostly because it was uncomfortable during nursing.
i wear : https://www.medelabreastfeedingus.com/products/intimate-apparel/292/comfort-nursing-bra-nude
which has a racer back for support
I wear an underwire bra and I haven't had any issues.
Baby Macy is here!

I've worn one during the day since coming home from the hospital...no plugged ducts so far (knock on wood)
I do have a pretty nice soft cup bra that I sleep in. It's by 'Elle Macpherson Maternity' ran me about $55 but well worth the money.
