um, no. Some women think it will help make their test come back negative, but seriously, if you have the problem don't you want to know about it so it can be treated? Eat what you normally would if you want accurate results. If you want to try to cheat, than fast.
Usually your dr will tell you ahead of time.. For mine I couldnt have anyhting past midnight to but I heard some can eat breakfast and test..I guess if theres enough time in between? I'd call and ask if you have to take it and the dr didnt tell you otherwise.

It says on my instructions to fast for 2 hours before drinking the glucola.
You may want to ask your doctor. MIne doesn't want me to eat after midnight.
