Was the matching session yesterday? How long until you hear the results?

    Yes it was.  Thanks for remembering and asking.  That was so sweet!

    The results were posted last night.  Although 18 families were matched, none were from the US.  Sad

    We're now waiting for the next list of waiting children, and if there are no new possible matches for us on it, we will send a file of a little boy to our doctor for review.  He's just over our age range, having just turned 7, but he seems to be a strong possibility otherwise.  We have a few concerns, but would love to see what the doctor has to say about them.

    Sorry to hear you weren't matched this time. Hopefully you have at least changed their minds about Americans being interested in special needs (at least one American ;-) ) and they will keep you towards the top in the future. I will be hoping you find your little one(s) on the waiting children list.
