My baby is almost four months old and I still don't have the hang of nursing. I mainly pump, but she nurses overnight and maybe once a day. I know the latch is poor, but I can't seem to improve it and I've meet with a LC on multiple occasions. She gets around 20 ounces a day by bottle so I know she is getting enough when combined with nursing. I'm curious, does anyone nurse despite a poor latch?
Re: Nursing with a bad latch
I wouldn't say it's "bad" but I know DD2's latch isn't perfect but since she's thriving and I'm not in incredible pain I just deal with it.
