How I know DH is going to be an awesome daddy

This is gross, be forewarned.  So my seasonal allergies are KILLING me (I guess it's worse this yr b/c I'm pg) - think really bad cold symptoms.  So anyway, I'm sitting on the couch surrounded by blankets and pillows when the urge to sneeze strikes.  I can't hold it in or contain the ensuing snotsplosion because the roll of toilet paper I had beside the couch is across the room, but DH runs to grab it anyway.  So there was snot EVERYWHERE...like on me, on the pillow I was laying on, on the blanket, on my laptop, everywhere.

So what do I do?  Collapse into a fit of hysterical laughter while yelling "ew! ew! ew!", laughing too hard to even clean up my own snot.  Pitiful.  So while I'm doubled over laughing into a wad of TP, DH calmly starts cleaning snot off of aforementioned objects without even batting an eyelash. 

He is totally dad material.  Plus, I guess now I know which one of us is most prepared to handle snotty messes...(and don't worry, I cleaned the laptop before writing this post).

    Haha.  I have a tendency to throw up and poop at the same time (for some reason, if I'm throwing up my body seems to have to blow it out of both ends at the same time) - sorry TMI, but it's true.  My husband holds my hair every time, which I know he's gotta be deep down totally grossed out - but he's always right there!  I know he'll be able to handle anything coming out of the baby if he can handle that!

    LOL. That reminds me of FI when we had our "almost first kiss". I had a horrible sinus infection but thought it was under controlfor the moment. So I leaned up to kiss him and all of a sudden I sneeze snot everwhere! I started laughing histerically even tho i know he has to be super grossed out with snot on his face! I am still amazed he stuck with me after that! LOL
