Lunch: usually soup that has protein and veggies in it and a bowl of fruit.
2 bananas and a protein bar spaced out between 2 PM - 5 PM. More water, too.
Dinner: varies, but I try to eat mostly protein and vegetables and keep the carbs to a minimum. Rarely eat dessert other than fruit, but sometimes (like this week), I have ice cream.
Breakfast (7AM-ish): Oatmeal with brown sugar and a little peanut butter (it's really good!!)

Dinner (5:30PM-ish): most common options are 1) chili, 2) cereal, 3) eggs and toast, 4) cottage cheese and fruit, or 5) tomato soup and grilled cheese
... and some sort of chocolate after dinner!
I start with a cup of decaf tea or coffee
Breakfast: have some kind of quick something, bananna sandwich, muffin or bagel then oatmeal or eggs fresh fruit
Lunch: leftovers of some sort, fresh fruit and yogurt later on in the day
dinner: homemade dinner with a glass of milk and then some kind of snack afterwards sometimes its pudding or a couple cookies, fresh fruit or cheese

I was doing really good but over the last few weeks I cannot control my hunger or my sweet tooth. It is out of control especially at night. I cannot get enough lemonade or chocolate. I have tried eating fruit and other "sweet" foods but it doesn't help. I have NO self control.
Breakfast: whole wheat english muffin, natural peanut butter, banana, orange juice (pretty much every morning)
Snack: granola bar or fruit
Lunch: leftovers, fruit, veggie
Snack: peanut butter crackers or fruit or Fiber One Raisin Bran with milk
Dinner: varies, this week it's been spinach and turkey lasagna, always with a veggie
Snack: a few cookies or a cup of tea depending on if I'm still hungry or not
I might throw in a couple of small sweet treats here and there as well, depending on my mood. This baby has a sweet tooth, haha!
Breakfast - bowl of cereal, sometimes with fruit
Lunch - usually, either a big salad with a roll or a tuna wrap with a pickle and fruit salad
Dinner - usually either pasta or meat/veggies of some sort unless I don't feel like cooking in which case it's more cereal
Snacks vary by day, cravings and hunger level. Lately, I just haven't been all that hungry - It's weird!

Just started to plan my meals. On today's menu:
cinnamon raisin french toast w/half a banana and gf juice
homemade chicken pot pie
yogurt and grapes
grilled catfish, corn, baked potato
2 cookies w/milk
Breakfast: 1.5-2 bowls of cereal (Raisan Bran Crunch or Special K Blueberries)
Snack: Special K cereal bar, orange, apple, or usually something like that
Lunch: One serving of beef (i.e hotdish, stew, roast, etc.) Other times pork usually with a piece of fruit or vegetable.
Snack: Jerky, cheese, whatever I can find laying around that looks apetizing.
Supper: Again, usually meat with a veggie and fruit or sometimes both.
Once every couple of weeks I have a bowl of Schwan's Ice cream before I go to bed. (DH has one nightly so it's hard to say no ALL the time!)
I'm also on the gall bladder diet because I've been having problems with it since about week 25. I have figured out kind of what bothers me and what doesn't. All of beef and pork is farm raised by family so I don't have to worry about the fat content in that which is nice. Otherwise it's all fresh fruits, veggies, and whole wheat products for this girl.
Wow this just made me realize how poor my eating habits are!
Breakfast I usually have a bowl of Special K and strawberries.
Once I get to work someone usually has some sort of bad snack as in cookies, cupcakes, chips and dip something like that. So i'll eat that around 10.
Lunch - where ever the girls wanna go, mexican, burgers or sandwiches.
Dinner - Not quite as bad, usually chicken, veggie and starch. But when i'm too tired DH makes his famous fish sticks and mac n cheese. This had been happening a lot more often...ha ha.
And then I ALWAYS have desert, I cant go without sweets in a day, I feel sometimes like its all I eat. Darn you girl scouts!!
I feel I have lost all control when it comes to food, I eat what I want and then I feel so bad about it later. I've already gained about 25 lbs...this is bad!
LOL!
This is why I was asking...after my 26 week apt and seeing the weight I had gained I started cutting out the daily candy bar ( oh how I miss my Milky Way!) and keeping track of my daily diet. I've been feeling like maybe I'm not eating enough now but realize it's normal compared to what others are eating.
Breakfast: cereal
Snack: fruit or yogurt
Lunch: Salad or whole grain rice with veggies
Snack: carrots
Dinner: varies. Could be pasta or chicken or many other things
Breakfast: cereal, chocolate chip pancakes or cinnamon toast bagel with orange juice
Lunch: typically crackers of some type, granola bar
Snack: cereal when I get home from work aroun 4:00, or a bagel or several large glasses of milk
Dinner: (around 7:00) cereal or plain pasta or a plain bagel (bit of butter on it)
2nd Dinner: (around 9:00) cereal or plain pasta or a plain bagel
Snack (around 10:30) several glasses of milk or orange juice, or another bowl of cereal
Yikes no veggies! or Fruits!
Lunch: Either a PBJ sandwich on whole wheat, or I go out to lunch with DH and get something healthy-ish.
Dinner: Whatever I manage to cook normally at home.
Sometime between lunch and dinner I may sneak in some cookies. I'm usually not hungry enough for snacks. I also drink at least two glasses of milk a day, and have slowly been upping my water intake - I really dislike water unless it's icy cold.
Breakfast: Pnut butter and banana on whole wheat (easy to eat in the car) with a big glass of oj and a mug of coffee.
10:30ish: handful of almonds
11:30ish: usually a sandwich, snack size bag of chips, yougurt or granola bar and a can of diet coke
2:00ish: a slushy G2 tropical punch (gatorade light)....it is super yummy!
6:00ish: dinner...whatever I can throw together for the fam that is is easy. We usually eat black bean and cheese burritos at least 2-3 times a week...I think my kids would eat them every night if I let them!
I dont snack at night (usually b/c I am falling asleep on the couch by 8!)
It's nice to see such a variety of diets on here!! Mine is currently a terrible diet, but I am hungry all the time!
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and a bagel or big bowl of cereal with toast and peanut butter
10 AM snack: whole grain pretzel sticks
Lunch- lean pocket or sandwich of some sort
230 snack-cookies or almonds or 100 calorie pack
Dinner- chicken/pasta or steak with a starch and veggie, depends on what I feel like making
bedtime snack- bowl of cereal
Wow and I wonder why I have gained 40 lbs!!!
My diet is bipolar - super healthy, or not
..but typically:
Breakfast: Peanut butter on toast, apple or banana, cup of coffee or bagel with cream cheese.
Snack: Naked Juice & almonds
Lunch: can go one of two ways: Cut up veggies with hummus, yogurt, Balance bar, apple, OR some sort of takeout with the coworkers
Snack: depends on lunch above. If it's a healthy day, I will have Peanut M&Ms or some trail mix. If I eat takeout at lunch I usually won't eat a snack.
Dinner: pasta with meat, veggies, chicken and rice, or homeade pizza and salad
Snack: big glass of milk and something sweet - either grapes or chocolate!
Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: salad, sandwich, or leftovers
Snack: fruit, yogurt, or crackers and cheese and usually some candy.
Dinner: whatever I make at home - usually protein, starch, and veggie in some combination.
Dessert: I ALWAYS have dessert. Usually cookies or a piece of cake or ice cream.
I have craved sweets intensely this whole pregnancy. I've always had a sweet tooth, but it's gotten so much worse since I got pregnant. I try to counteract the sweets with regular exercise.
