Recs for Inhome childcare in Germantown/Gaithersburg

My son just started day care yesterday and the provider informed my husband today that we may have an issue because he has become the 3rd baby.  (I'm not sure why she didn't tell us this beforehand, perhaps she thought we wouldn't mind)  I am now trying to search for new day care to start either ASAP or April 6th.  Just what I needed to add to an already emotion filled week.

 Any recs?

    Sorry, no recommendations, just sympathy/moral support.  I'm so sorry.  Like finding daycare isn't hard enough the first time.  Hang in there, I'm sure you'll find something great. 
    Wife, Musician, Fed, WW-er, and Mom of three little kids - not necessarily in that order.

    No personal recs, but much sympathy, too! Have you called a LOCATE counselor to help talk you through the options in your area? That's how I found my in-home provider. GL.
