After spending an hour in L&D

in 3rd Trimester
last night they gave me some tylenol with codeine (got the uterine irritiabilities to stop still having "real contractions every 20 minutes) they gave me some some ambien 10 mg... I slept from 10 til 1... and am STILL groggy... So I guess I'm in early labor GET CLOSER TOGETHER contractions and no more ambien ;/ I can't even think straight

    i was hoping I'd be far enough along for them to break my water... ha ha ha I feel super hungover lol. My husband walks in and goes... "You look like ***. No seriously you totally look hungover"

    That sounds like my night I had in L&D before having ds.  And I think I slept about as long with the Ambien, but at the time I found it a welcome relief.  Hope you have a baby soon!

    OMG you poor thing! Sad I hope you get tons of rest and they let LO come soon!

    I'll tell you what though anytime LO gives you grief growing up you have 100% permission to do the labor guilt trip on them! You have more than earned it.

    Whats the reason they keep making you go on like this?  I think you said you are 4cm right?  Why won't your dr help the process along here?
