I know there is a huge price difference but I was wondering if there really is that big of a difference? I am willing the spend the money if it is really worth it, but just wanted reviews before I took the plunge! Thanks!
I would go with an Ergo and/or a Moby. Based on reviews I've read as well as safety issues, those seem to be better than the Bjorn & Infanto. We haven't used our Ergo yet but it seems great.
My husband has a baby bjorn. Never used it. Not once. In the beginning LO was too little and hated it because it wasn't snuggly. He can't figure out all the straps and connections so he never tried again.
I use a Moby all the time and love it. I've seen men wearing Moby style wraps out an about, but only in the city, never in the burbs. Shrug

If you're unsure, try finding a used one on craigslist or a yard sale so you can try it out before committing to the full price tag. Someone gave us a bjorn, and we've loved it.

I agree with pp regarding the moby. cost is about $40 new, much cheaper than the baby bjorn which we also had. My husband and I used the baby bjorn when baby#1 was small. I stopped using the baby bjorn because it compressed my breasts and it hurt. Also it hurt my back. I would imagine that both of them are the same in that regard. If you are well endowed I would seriously consider a moby wrap. My son was 30lbs by 4 months and my back didn't hurt carrying him in the moby wrap because of the way his weight was distributed.
Re: Baby Bjorn vs Infantino carrier
I had both, and I hated them both. I just didn't find them comfortable at all. My back always hurt, and DD always looked so uncomfortable as well.
I ended up with a Moby wrap, and I loved it.
