Ditto ebat, there's no way of telling. When I hear someone say they feel the baby at 13 weeks I roll my eyes. Nicely, of course. I was at 18 weeks and still wasn't sure if it was gas, a muscle spasm or the baby.
The feeling of movement changes as the baby gets bigger, so its hard to think back and remember if what you were feeling was the baby or not.

13 weeks? Yeah that's a little early.
This is my first so I'm more likely to think it's not LO and just the piece of fruit I just ate.
If it's not a sensation you usually feel after eating, it's likely the baby. I didn't want to be silly and tell myself I was feeling the baby when I started to, so I tried to pass it off as other stuff. However, when you know for sure, you'll probably say, "Oh yeah, that's a lot like those other times. That must've been the baby too!"
Anyway, I totally started feeling the first tiny flutters a couple days before the 16 week mark, so I think it's possible!
Oh! And I wanted to tell you that I often feel the baby move right after eating, so yours could be reacting to the fruit especially. You wouldn't feel digestion in your stomach that quickly anyway, because the food has to travel down there. (Sorry to write so much--I just love talking about feeling the baby move because I never saw it talked about that much and think it is so amazing.)
I think outside of "you really don't know of course because it could be different for everyone", the best way to describe what I felt and how I tried to correlate things is that the baby's movements felt (and sometimes still feel, only much stronger) like I was cooking popcorn in my ute.
There would be "pops" down low and they would be sporadic at first, like one, then a minute later another, etc. If it was digestion, it was more of a constant feeling that would be alleviated by releasing some pressure. That's the best way I can differentiate things to someone who may or may not have felt the pops. Of course, who knows if that's what you would feel since we're all different.
You could be, it's hard to tell the difference at first. I felt him definitely at 17 weeks and realized I probably had a bit earlier, but thought it was gas bubbles.

I think that I was feeling my first dd for along time before I actually KNEW it was her (I had my hand on my belly and felt something move around 22 weeks.) With this last PG I was so thin b/c of severe morning sickness I felt him at 14 or 15 weeks for sure. It is possible!
