ok, some interesting info.
first of all i was under the impression that is was just a consult about the next step. i was not expecting the surprise dildo cam. ummm, i had not showered because i was on here right up until the last minute aaaaaaaand i still had last nights sex on me. 
oops, sorry doc. good thing he makes the big bucks so he can put up with stinky puss.
he wanted to check out my ute and follies. good news is i O'd (already knew that) and my ute lining is 13!! that is great and way better than my last cycle when i was medicated. NO MORE MEDS!!!
we decided that if i don't get pg this cycle he's going to do a laparoscopy next cycle. he'll go in and look for any evidence of endo and check ute and tubes all at the same time. i'm nervous because it would be done under general anesthesia...eeeekkkkk! then we'll do IUI, without meds.
he said he does two diff kinds of IUI's, sperm wash and no wash. that is so interesting to me. i had heard you couldn't do the no wash kind. he says there isn't one that is more successful than the other. also he said since i O on my own and have a great lining that there is no reason to do meds with the IUI and again no evidence that it increases the success rate. this is somewhat contrary to what i've heard on here, but i like what he's saying so i'm going to trust him and go with it.

we can be twins-ies. If this cycle doesn't work for me I'm doing laproscopy next cycle too.
interesting re: no increased odds with meds. . . .and great news re: O, lining and your timing this month. I'm pulling for you.
(PS: no, didn't finish quilt - actually didn't start- the ladies were all supposed to bring their square to the shower - about 1/2 did. So hopefully I get the rest later this week/early next and then start. your directions are awesome. I can't wait to get started and ask you a million more!)

i'm cd10 - but with these meds/iui who knows what, I'm sure cycle will all be off . . who knows. yes, bfp twins would be perfecto.
nope, i'm not doing anything special for my ute lining. last cycle it was 10.4 and that was with meds.
