I really enjoyed it. Of course I like many war movies so yea. I do not think that it is as "true to life" as everyone likes to keep saying it is. IA it perhaps closer to real life than movies in the past? Probably but I dot thinkit is anywhere close to being an instructional video.
We have the DVD sitting on our entertainment center now, but haven't watched it yet - You've motivated me to make sure we watch it in the next few days!
Dr.L - I have never seen Slumdog Millionaire simply because every single person I cam into contact with for 2-3 months kept saying I HAD to see it. I flat out refuse to ever watch it because of that.
I just saw it this past weekend too -- incredible. Very powerful story, my heart was pounding pretty much throughout the whole movie. You can just feel the tension.

"It's a child, not a cheeto" Thanks mmariluh!
"Ew. I've read all of two posts from you, and you stink like rotting garbage."
We watched it a few weeks ago. Very, very good.
