I'm getting really cranky - re: M's birthday party

So I have booked the clubhouse at our condo for M's birthday party. The one hurdle I still have to cross is parking. We have very few visitors spots. A woman in my condo mommy's group said she had contacted the contruction management contract company across the street to use their lot.

Well I can't find anyone to contact. I heard back from one guy who said it wouldn't be a problem, but he doesn't do the agreement. The person he sent me to doesn't work there anymore. I have left voicemails and emails with other people. The woman in my condo group won't email me back with her point of contact. What do you think I should do? Keep emailing the woman in my group? Contact the one guy I heard from and ask him for more help? It's been over 2 weeks since I have been pursuing these people.

    Can you physically go there and talk to someone face to face?

    Can you call the guy and get another name of someone to contact?

    I threw a baby shower at my clubhouse at my old house and the woman showed up 10 minutes before the party started to let us in.  Clubhouses are a great deal but can be tricky.

    I would go except the actual building is vacant. I have been contacting the construction office in DC and McLean, VA.
