I got mine at BRU. It's a Pooh book, and so far I like it . I'm kinda wishing I woulda gotten one with pockets and suck for things, but I still love my Pooh one
Ashley, DH: Paul
Angel Baby: March 09
#1-BFP: 11.17.09~EDD: 7.21.10~Tristan born 7.13.10 via unnecessary c-sec
#2-BFP: 3.17.14~EDD: 11.28.14~ It's A Girl!~Shooting for a VBAC
I bought mine on a whim one day from Borders. It's green stripes on the front, and it's called "My Baby Journal" It's really cute, except that I don't like the fact that it has pink and purple pages. I liked the blue and neutral since it related to having a boy. It does come with little borders that are different colors to put around pictures you tape in there, so that was a plus.
The Belly Book: A Nine-Month Journal for You and Your Growing Belly (I got it from Amazon) I liked this book because its week by week with belly pictures.
I also got a "record book" from BRU - I think they have many different ones but the inside is the same. It has more general information (family tree, ultrasounds, showers, letters to LO, birth story, and years after the birth)
I liked both books for different reasons so I went with both. Good luck to you!
I'm making my own with a scrapbook. I found a really cute scrapbook at hobby lobby I keep browsing baby books to see what parts I want to include in my scrapbook and what I don't really need.
Ours was printed in the 50's and is an incredible antique. We bought it from an old bookstore that was closing down. I can;t wait to get it out of storage next month and start filling it out. I think I might also make her a scrapbook.
I got mine at barnes and nobles. It's called humble bee or something like that. I picked it because it had spaces for things before and after the baby is born but it was not so detailed that I would get sick of entering things into it. It has room for photos and stuff like that. I wanted to make sure that I would finish it. I have seen many wonderful baby books only half done and I wanted to make sure my child got a completed product.
SIL got me a really cute Carters one from Target but I think I am still going to look at Hallmark and other book stores to see if I can find a bigger one.
