  reduce the size of the picture - in Paint or something.  Then upload to tinypic.com   Then choose the correct code - it will tell you.  Paste in a thread.

  I created an album on Photobucket.com and upload all my pictures to there. You can resize them when you upload them and then just use the link that they provide you, the one that looks like this [*img]urlhere[*/img] (without the *)
