Toddlers: 24 Months+

Weekly menu?

What are you making this week? I've been so bad about making a menu lately.

So far I've got:

Baked scampi

Chicken noodle soup

Lasagna

And one day for breakfast I'm going to try PW's Migas.

Ha ha haaa.  We only had to buy the ingredients we needed for 2 meals today.  That will feed us for the week!  We have to make a point to have a least one meal a week that we eat for 2 nights.  That's how we stretch a buck around here.  This week we managed to do it twice!

I most definitely don't cook every day, we always eat leftovers. I often like to cook for the 2.5 days that DH is home and then send him back OOT with all of our leftovers. I cook maybe once during the 4 days that he's gone.

See, that's smart too.  My sister's DH takes leftovers as lunch every time she cooks.

Let me tell ya, if my DH wasn't here for dinner I wouldn't be cooking much either.  A few weeks ago he had a work dinner to go to, and Cole and I ended up eating cereal and sharing an apple for dinner!  lol.
