Shatavari?

Has anyone taken Shatavari to increase their supply? If so how did it work and where did you get it from?

    i haven't taken it but a friend from another board regularly recommends it when the regular stuff (fenugreek, blessed thistle, etc.) doesn't work - she has PCOS and used it with great success - you can order it from herb-pharm.com or The Vitamin Shoppe - they may not have it in stock but they can order it for you

    I took it, and it was able to give me the extra boost I needed to go from occasionally supplementing to EBF. I noticed a boost pretty quickly, too.
