I'm sitting in the sunroom, loving the sun (though still chilly out), Bumping and eating some hummus and pita chips.
DH is out helping a friend and DD is napping.

Hi! I'm just relaxing on the couch, waiting for DH to get back from his camp. He had a guys weekend and I had a couch weekend! I probably should do some cleaning so I looks like I did something all weekend... I can't believe it is already Sunday.

I just had brunch with the in-laws and DH is working this afternoon, so enjoying a lazy Sunday. It's so nice outside that I am thinking about taking my dog for a walk and trying to soak up some of the sunshine while it's out (even though it's kind of chilly, brr).

Wow, I wish I could even think of planting right now... I haven't even seen the grass for at least month! And the amount of snow we have right now I feel like it might take another month to melt it.

Aww! Dont want to upset you, but its like 60 degrees and sunny here today. But Im actually planting in pots because I live in "on base housing" and I want to take my plants with me when we move... AGAIN....

Okay, it makes me feel better that it's in pots! But I think I'd be sunbathing if it was anywhere near 60 degrees here lol. At least I have something to look forward to!

Oh, I'm on pain meds feeling sorry for myself! I got the H1N1 shot 2 weeks ago and had a freak reaction, so my arm has been in excruciating pain ever since. Went to the dr yesterday and he said all I could do was take Vicodin and wait it out.

DH is making chili dogs and we're going to eat lunch on the deck, so that should cheer me up a bit.

Oh my goodness, so sorry to hear that! Who would've thought that a shot could put you in so much pain?

DD just went down for a nap - she actually asked me to go "nigh-night!" I'm checking the boards for a few minutes, and then going to bed to finish my book and hopefully catch a quick nap. DH and I went to a dinner/dance last night and were out until 2am. I'm exhausted!

Oh my goodness, so sorry to hear that! Who would've thought that a shot could put you in so much pain?

Thanks. It's really frustrating. My doc said this kind of reaction is possible with all flu vaccines, but he's seen it more with this year's H1N1 than ever. He said his wife's arm was sore for 2 months!

I'm just hoping this doesn't last that long!!

Ouch! Hope you heal up quick before your vacation!! I'm sure just being on vacation will help take your mind off of it!
