Since I was having that problem with the bottles, I decided to send an email to their customer service, and they called me the next morning. When I called them back, they gave me a bunch of suggestions and advice. She also said if none of them worked to call her back. So, if you have questions or problems with them, I suggest contacting them - they are very responsive!
