Infertility

can't sleep

Indifferent  i am utterly exhausted and want to take a nap but i can't get comfortable.  I don't think i have OHSS (at least severe anyway), but just because of the numbers of eggs they retrieved my stomach is huge, and i have major discomfort.

i'm doing the usual salty foods & gatorade bit...

but does anyone have any suggestions for physical comfort?  i can't keep my eyes open Crying

Re: can't sleep

  • Apply heat, you can until ET happens.

Also try various positions and pillows until you feel most comfortable.

I hope you can sleep soon

  • I second worms' advice.  I had mild ohss and heat helped immensely.  I used a heating pad.  Hot showers also seemed to help.
