temp drop ??

When your temp drops before AF does it usually drop below your CH line?  I hear you talk about noticing your temp dropped so AF must be on her way, but I'm curious to know how much of a drop? 

I've had 2 days where my temp is right on my CH and don't know if that's my temperature staying up (since it's not as low as the initial temps on my chart) or if it's my temp going down since it technically has from my O rise.

    I would call that a temp drop, but there are more experienced chart stalkers than me out there...

    Sometimes mine does and others it doesn't until after AF shows. No chart is predictable so you just have to wait and see. Good luck!
