have you cleaned LO's ear's

 I'm not trying to rush things, and thought I had read ears were "self cleaning" but LO is starting to get dirty ears

    I just clean the outside with a washcloth when I was his face.

    DS is a puker! He pukes a lot and often times in his sleep.  With his head turned sideways, he usually gets puke in his ears. I've used the baby Q-tips on him a few times and they were NASTY! I don't know if I'm supposed to or not but I did it anyway because it was really needed.

    I clean the outer part of her ear (she started getting dead skin build up) but do not do the inner part of the ear (towards the ear canal).
