My house is just trashed today!

Not dirty, just very very messy. A combination of the stuff for the sale, Abby's love for spreading small objects thinly all over the floor, in every room, and my own laziness means that my entire house looks like the +8 clan lives here =P And just 9 days ago, it was pristine after the cleaning lady was here helping me (I only pay for floors and bathrooms). Ahh the ebg and flow of household chaos. There is one small corner of the kitchen counter that is spotless. And for that I am grateful.

But there are bigger things at hand other than cleaning and straightening today. I'm painting the master bedroom with the help of a friend (who can identify themselves if they wish!) ! This brings me joy in 2 ways. First, I will no longer have 9 different paint samples on my walls. And two, DH is forced to take care of the girls today =)

    Yay for painting, I hope it's going well!  Our house is crazy messy right now too... we still haven't picked up from company last weekend. I guess it's pretty clear at this point it's not going to clean itself, although I keep hoping it might Stick out tongue

    Damn. I forgot to take before pictures =(! And I don't really think I ever take pictures in our bedroom. I'll look and see what I can find.

    I LOVE IT. It turned out perfect.
