  Same concept. I use the crystal spray or roll on. I used the stone variety before and it pulled on my skin too much. It actually works better for me than any of the other EF things I have tried!

  I love mine!  You have to use it when your skin is wet, or when it is wet, so I put it on immediately after I get out of the shower.  It's gentle on my skin & keeps me from stinking.  Can't beat that!
