Baths!

We need help with baths. My Mom bought us a baby tub before LO was born. We have been using it and it worked great when he was new and sat in the sling attached to the bath. But the last week he has gotten too long, so I had to take the sling out. I have a bath seat he can sit in inside the plastic bath tub, but it isn't working so well. He slides down and because he is so long, kicks the bath water all over the place. It has become very messy. I need some ideas or rec's for better plastic bathtubs or something. He can't sit up on his own yet, so bathing him in our regular bathtub is out.

Any ideas?  I am at a loss....

    I keep one hand between DD legs to prevent her from coming up or sliding out.  That works well for me.  You could put less water in for the splashing.  I fill ours up all the way for DD.  She LOVES the warm water
