What is the difference between these 2 pack n plays?

in Nurseries and Baby Gear
I see that there is a pack n play element playard and a pack n play classic playard line.  What is the difference?  I want to get a pack n play to use as a bassinet for the first month or so and then use as a regular pack n play.  Trying to decide which type to register for.  Thanks!
