1st swim class today!

O LOVED it. He had a blast in the water! Money well spent, too- because he's now sound asleep in his crib. The water really wore him out and I'm excited that he was so happy in the pool! He squealed and shrieked in the pool and was having a great old time. The only complaint about the class itself is that a guy and his 4 year old daughter nabbed a spot right next to us and she thought splashing water at O's face was a good time... We'll have to avoid that girl next time. We moved as soon as we realized she was doing it on purpose, and O wasn't too traumatized but it was still annoying. 

I also can't find my phone, which is where I usually Bump from. I think I dropped it in the towel bin with the towels- because I can't think of anywhere else I would have left it. I'm hoping that the gym finds the phone before they wash the towels if I did drop it in there.. I really do not want to part with $200 to get a new phone. :(

But yay for babies enjoying their classes! At least Oran had a pretty good time today!

    Awesome!  Sounds like you and O had a great time.  We're going to start swim lessons on Thursday.  I can't wait to see how Jordan does in the pool.  He loves his baths, but you never know if it will translate.

    So sorry about your phone.  Hopefully they get it to you before it hits the washer.

    We were in a warm water pool and O was confused at first but got really excited as soon as we were all the way in the water. He loves baths too- this must have felt like a huge bath for him! The gym called my DH- they found the phone!! I'm so relieved- I have an assignment saved on it!

    Yea for starting Swim Classes.  LO goes 3 times a week and I have still not decided what the best part is

    -his love of the water

    -having a "schedule" (I am a SAHM and sometimes the lack of a schedule in my week is agony)

    -the POWER nap he takes afterwards!

    Today was our 4th class and I totally agree, so worth the money. He took a 2 1/2 hour nap too (record) thru the construction (miracle). I will AW my kid, he was the only one that didnt cry when it was time to "dunk". Yes
