c-section recovery

I had a c-section delivery almost two weeks ago. While in the hospital, I felt great. Very little pain. Since I've gotten home, it's painful all the time. It almost feels like my entire lower stomach and uterus are bruised. I was given a prescription for 600mg Ibuprofen and Tylenol with codeine. I've tried both and neither are making a dent. On Thursday, the incision sight started bleeding. Last night, there was enough blood that it went through my underwear, my pajama pants and onto my body pillow though the spot was relatively small. It's Saturday so my doctors office is closed. Is this something that requires a call into the on-call doctor or can it wait until my appointment on Tuesday?

I would call definitely..

I was fine as well 4 weeks post op this Monday..

I was very itchy by the incision site and everyone said it was from healing I waited like 5 days and couldn't take the itch and it was puffy went to doc and found out I had an infection inside and was given high does penicillin to clear it up

So go because I had no pussing or bleeding which are signs he said and I still had an infection

I also had a great fast easy recovery and had no pain..
