about my post last night. with the cousin who has PPD

last night after talking to some of you ladies on here i called my mother and she called her sister (my cousins mother) and basically we all went over to her house to have a "emergency family meeting"

after everything that had been said she agreed to go to the hospital to get checked immediately "to prove us all wrong" but the point is she went. and is there now and is under evaluation.

i just wanted to thank the ladies who said i needed to step in. someone did if her DH was not.

and to the people who said all my post are drama filled.. its because i post on here when I need help. after reading everyone's teething issues and bedtime issues I kinda learn from them and dont really have to post about that. I post about what I truely need help on. and if its with my trashy "friend" or my insane family drama then thats what its about. sorry if you dont like it. just dont open my post then.

I'm glad you called your mom and had a family meeting about it. Hopefully she will start to feel a much needed boost here soon.

I'm very glad she's getting help and you stepped in for her. Sometimes someone's husband is the last to recognize or admit to problems like PPD because they want it to go away. Hopefully she'll get the help she needs now!

I am really glad to hear that she agreed to go to the hospital to get checked. I am sorry that someone is saying that your posts are drama filled. Like you, I tend not to post about the issues that everyone else does. There for a few weeks it felt like all I was posting about was needing T&P for this reason or that.

thank you. we needed it. our family meeting was very hell-ish but we got her to go "to prove us wrong" but like i said.. all that matters is that she went.
