  Alexis is okay.

  The rest are totally NMS.  Hate the "Mc" trend and though I usually like boy names for girls, Ryan just sounds really butch.

  I love the name Ryan for a girl, especially with a feminine middle name that you chose, but I would spell it traditionally so people dont pronounce is Ry-Anne.

  My friend just named her little girl Kinsey Ryan :]

  Lydia is the only girly name in my mind.  Beautiful and classic.

   Just FYI "Mc" (as in McDonald) was used to mean "son of", as in "son of Donald".
