Is it safe to take protein powder during pregnancy .
I just brought designer whey in vanilla but I am not sure about the contents .
From GD point of view it looks good...low sugar and low carbs.

My doctor said protein shakes were fine as long as they didn't have a lot of sugar. I drink one every day. I don't know much about stevia, except that it's a natural sweetener.

I use the Designer Whey Protein powder in chocolate, it definitely helps curb my cravings. I have one every couple of days.
