Our nephew is getting baptized today and I'm not sure if I'm suppose to get him a gift or not? If so, what kind of gift would be appropriate? He's about a year and half old... I have some coloring sets that I bought for him a while ago but never gave to him, would that work? Or, should i go out and get something like clothes, etc? ... I mean, it would give me an excuse to go back to gymboree...
I don't think it's necessary to get a baptism gift, but, if you want to get something, I would go with a religious children's book, a children's bible, maybe a religious medal or cross, a crucifix for his room, or something else along those lines. Kohl's has silver picture frames that say Baptism on them; I have given those for a Baptism gift.
Re: Baptism gift?
