I'm coming over from 3rd tri because I am going to do some shopping today and would love your opinions on brands/types of nursing bras and tanks you would recommend! TIA!!!!!!
I have a few Gap tanks that were really nice. They were a little big on me, but I'm really small haha so everything that is supposed to be small is huge on me.
Anyway they were really cute.
?
As far as bras, I bought two at Target before I had baby, one size bigger than what my boobs were when I was preggo. They ended up being a tad too small.
But the quality and?accessibility?were great! They were so easy! I went back and got one that was my size and it was so comfy!
They also have nursing tanks.?

I wouldn't buy more thn just a couple of nursing tanks because you don't know what size you will be when your milk comes in. I bought a couple of tanks from target that I really like for nighttime, but they are not supportive enough for day, but I have huge boobs these days.
I have some tanks from Bravado that are wonderful and can be worn during the day. I also have a couple of bras from them.
Look for bras and tanks that you can easy undo and relatch one handed.
I don't like most of Motherhood Maternity's stuff but I really do like their nursing tanks. The tanks are great for NIP as it's a slit opening not a bit ole circle opening.
I would get some cheap ones for now and get nicer one's after the babies come and your milk regulates (about 2 weeks later). I got some cheap ones from Walmart - they are comfy but not super cute. My favorite are Bravado - I wear them ALL THE TIME! And they have lots of support because they are actually sized like a bra. But at $45 a pop you want to make sure you get them after the babies are born so they fit really well.
I LOVE my Glamourmom tanks. They sell them online in a bunch of differnt styles, but they sell the basic ones at BRU and Motherhood. www.glamourmom.com the way they unlatch onehanded is GREAT and I love that the flap folds down instead of being pushed to the side. I've noticed that the nursing tops and bras I have the push to the side instead of unlatching and folding down tend to get wet with when she is being a lazy eater during night feedings.
