NTTGPR: This made me cry!

I came across this story from petfinder.com and I cried! I e-mailed them because I really want to adopt this dog.

Stubby is a very special little boy, he was found in an evicted home with his littler. His littermates and him all had a nasty case of mange, which they are currently being treated for (they will be ready for adoption in a week or so.) Stubby, was one of the less fortunate puppies as when animal control found him he was frozen into a puddle in the ground. Due to this extreme condition Stubby unfortunately lost all of his toes on each foot, as well as the tip of his tail. He was taken to our sponsor veternarian who told us that Stubby will have no future problems with mobility despite missing his toes!

I am a huge advocate for rescuing animals. He is so cute!

    Aww the poor baby.  It makes me so pissed when people are mean to or neglectful towards animals.

    Good luck with adopting him! as a momma of two adapted rescue dogs, I have a big soft spot in my heart for rescue animals....plus....he is absolutely freakin adorable!!!

    Our little miracle baby is a boy. :)

    Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.

    I know right. I also love the fact that his name is Stubby. Which is kind of funny because my mom had a dog named Stumpy almost for the same reason!
