Still looking for a stroller..anyone have the Peg Perego Aria?

Anyone have the Peg Perego Aria? I have to have the snack tray for DD, so I don't think the Joovy, or Baby Jogger will work

If you have it let me know. what you think of it..thanks,

  • I have it and I love it!!! I got it when the 2008's were being discontinued so I'm not sure what the 2010's or 2009's are like.

  • I obviously don't have a baby yet but, I would get the Peg Si over the Aria.

The Aria is one of the only Peg models made in China and is known to have some issues.  The Si is made in Italy I believe - this is all per the sales guy when I was looking at strollers.

I think the Si may have replaced the Aria actually (but I could be wrong on that too).

  • I have the PP Aria Twin and it's great for our needs....lightweight, sturdy, durable. I got it for $75 off CL and it's been awesome for us!
  • I LOVE our Aria.  I tested a crazy number of strollers and it was so much lighter weight which I loved, yet just as durable in my experience, and just as easy (if not easier) to use.  They didn't get the best reviews pre-2006 but by 2007 when I was looking they were great!  We'll definitely be able to use it for LO #2 as well.

  • That's the one we're planning on getting for LO when she outgrows the snugride.

FWIW - it is my understanding that they are NO longer made in China.  They did outsource to China for awhile to cut costs and be able to offer a more affordable stroller option to the consumer; but they shifted production BACK to Italy a year or two ago.  So, alot of the negative reviews the Aria had gotten are no longer relevant.

  • We got a 2009 one and I luv it so far.  Nice a light, good padding, usable tray (for an 8month old).  Best/largest canopy for a 10lb stroller.  Smooth rolling wheels, good basket under it....what else can i say?
