Can I ask

I missed the drama but think I get the gist of what want down. How does one (that is crazy and does not really talk to any of us one on one) find out where you work and call your boss and let them know you are posting. Never the less who has the time.

I know some of you know where I work but there are so many of them here how would you know witch one?

    If you went to her blog, and your work has its own network.  The IP address comes up as your job.

    When I worked at the finance firm, it came up under the name of the company.

    All she needs is statcounter.  I have the IP address of every person who comes to either my private blog or my one for friends and family.

    Even if she found out who I worked for, which she could if I go to her blog, I don't suspect anyone would be crazy enough to dial that number.

    This I didnt know. I dont have a comp at work so I have nothing to worry about and I dont have a public blog. I really am Internet stupid.

    The Internet isn't a very secure place. If someone wants to find out information about you it's pretty easy to do so. People tend to forget that the webs aren't all puppies and rainbows and there are a lot of scary people with too much time on their hands out there.
