friday confessions

i need some entertainment, so im getting some confessions started. please join in!  

im on the sofa, letting my daughter watch sesame street while i eat cereal and play on the internet. im so tired, this might be what we do all day long. 

i like the show "what i like about you." i watched it all the time when i was sick and pregnant and i recently rediscovered it. it's horrible, but i'll watch anything with kelly taylor.

    I had a plant in my office (that was given to me as a gift) that got some kind of creepy nasty bugs on it. They were making little webs. I was so disgusted I couldn't bring myself to put it in my car to return to Home Depot. So I put it in an empty window cube on the other side of the building and left it there for someone else to deal with.

    honey, you should NOT have to lie about what you eat when you're pregnant.  ;)

    I got druuuuuunk last night.  I spilled 1/2 of my first Mex Martini at Trudy's and they brought me a whole 'nother one.  So I had 2.5 = DRUNK.

    I bought a new shower curtain and liner yesterday, and made sure to get the liner with the magnets on the bottom.  I just put it up and...Oh.  Right.  Our bathtub is plastic, not metal.  Oops.

    Dh is home today bc he is sick (WHATEVER). DS stay home with him today so after work I think I may go have lunch, shopping or anything because I don't have to be anywhere anytime soon.

    I told dh I was running "errands" today when I really knew I was going to the big sale at khols. I didn't want him to talk to me about a spending limit because I knew he just paid bills last night. I spent $183 and saved $181 due to the sale! Wahoo! I got summer clothes for Teagan and Taryn, plus workout clothes for ty to wear to football practice. Oh, and a slew of frames for a new photo wall. Dh will flip over the frames....maybe I should hide them in the stack of frames in the closet for awhile...I doubt he'd notice ;)

    hee.  I hide fabric in the same way.

    And I just had a bunch of fabric given to me, but I'm thinking my DH is totally thinking that's a lie.  But I really was given LOTS of new fabric in the past couple weeks...although I did hide 1 new purchase in with the given fabric...  Oops!

    Just tell yourself you had that extra .5 for me.  I got the email saying baby is the size of a lime this week, but I can't have any tequila with this lime.  Sad

    My big confession:  I did have a Coke at lunch today so at least my stomach isn't doing flip-flops like it normally would this time of day...  :)  I really want to take the rest of the day off and sleep.  I'm so tired and totally overwhelmed that our house is going on the market next week and we have MAJOR cleaning to do this weekend. Sigh.
