How far along were you when the baby moved into a head down position? I know I'm still early on but I'd like to know when to expect it because one of my BIGGEST fears is a breech baby...TIA

Not sure when it happened but she was breech at 19 weeks and head down at 35 weeks. Just hoping she stays that way!

My LO has been head down since 28wks...but that can change at any time. Don't even bother worrying about it untill you are farther along. My friend just had her baby flip to breech at 38wks2days...so you never can tell! Try not to think about it Mama!!

Baby girl has been head down ever since they started checking, but my midwife says she can't guarantee she won't move until 36 weeks.

Not much you can do - pelvic tilts will help with alignment.

They'll be turning and tossing around for a while, so even if your baby turns into the down position early on, they may turn again. So don't worry about it till about 36 weeks.

LO was kinda sideways for a really long time and then she flipped head down around 30 weeks

it makes no difference, because he can flip back the other way again! Until he drops, there's no point in counting on him staying in the same position.. and even then, he can still potentially flip.

not sure where he was the whole pregnancy, but at 28 weeks I was told he was head down.
