Anybody want to give me a refresher on Algebra II and Trig?

Because the teacher I am subbing for is acting all pissy b/c I don't remember this crap from 10 years ago. 

I'm subbing for her for a half day and when I got here, she asked if I knew Algebra II and Trig.  Um, no.  So then she gives me some worksheets and asks if I know anything that's on them, like how to graph sine and cosine.  Double negative.  She then bascially told me to never take a job for her class again.  I should also mention that she doesn't even need me until 1:45 so I haven't even been in to teach her class and have been chillin' in the teacher's lounge for the past hour. 

I wish she would have just left me her lesson plans and let me follow them to the best of my ability.  Because, you know, that's my job and all.

    I don't know whether to run screaming from this post or be horrified by the fact that you're asked to teach a class you obviously know nothing about.

    I know in my area, they just go down the list of available subs and see if they can come in.  It doesn't matter what their skill level is in any particular subject.

    I am no help, but my dh could help.  He is a math major and can even dorkily explain on the function buttons on a calculator work.

    I can remember Algebra, but not sin and cosin stuff.  Or double negative...

    I know sine wave is opposite of a cosine wave (trough to peak)
