I started taking Sarah to Chuck E. Cheese when she was about that age. On your first visit, I'd suggest going during the week rather than the weekends, which are a lot more crowded. I like to go first thing in the morning when it opens and there's no one there.
The Chuck E. Cheese in The Woodlands used to have a toddler area but they've rearranged it a bit. You may have to help your child on rides like the merry-go-round. Our CEC has several rides that toddlers could possibly go on with assistance. Most kids love CEC because it's so visually stimulating.
I know a lot of parents don't care for Chuck E. Cheese but I think it's a godsend, especially during the summer months. Have fun!
If she's able to walk, then there's a lot for her to do. There's a toddler area but a lot of the games in the little kid area would probably interest her too.
