T&P for my grandpa please

He is about 66.  He delivers papers, has forever now.  He was delivering this morning and he slipped on the ice (in NJ).  He fell and could not move... laid in the snow for an hour until someone found him.  Taken by ambulance to the hospital... he broke his hip.  He is in surgery now.  He is in bad health already... and was absolutely terrified of the surgery.  Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
