Hey I used to attend this bootcamp & loved it! An new session is starting march 1st. It's at Jesuit highschool off inwood & tollway on Monday & Wed evenings & sat morn. It $200 for a 5 week class & it burns 800 calories per class!!!! I lost 16 lb pre-pregnancy! (FYI: she doesn't scream at you or anything, you go at your own pace, there are all different fitness levels who attend)
Unfortunatly I can't attend right now b/c of lack of funds & I also can't fathom leaving my Lo yet again after working all day! Maybe after she gets a bit older! Just wanted to throw it out there for anyone interested!!
