I always wake up during the day every 2-3 hours. Just so he'll sleep good at night ( sleeps 10-1 or 2 and then 3-6). I hear never wake a sleeping baby -- but I do. My DS is a month old.
I don't and my DD is 5 weeks old. She has always had a 3-4 hour feeding schedule. She even slept 6 hours in a row for two nights. DD is VERY hard to wake up, she will even sleep in the bath, so I didn't bother. My pedi was fine with that. She's eating plenty. Was 8.10 at birth, down to 7.15 when we left and back to 8.15 at two weeks. Now, I think she's very close to 10 lbs.
