What does everyone do/use on their lo's baby pimples? My dd has tiny red pimples on her cheeks and neck I know its alot to ask but I would like them to be gone before Saturday . My mom said she used to use a prescription for us when we were little.
FWIW, I went to see my friend's 5 week old baby last week. I didn't notice her baby acne until my friend pointed it out. Not sure how it looks, but it's likely that it's something that you would notice as the mom but that others might not even notice.

I was told to not do anything about it. My DD#1 got it pretty severly with the chemo and prednisone but I wouldnt really worry about it. My dd's illness also can appear on the skin and hers did so not only did she have the acne, but she had the skin lesions that looked similar to acne too. To be honest, its really isnt that noticable to people admiring your cute baby. I am just the type to not "medicate" a child or even myself for that matter, if it isnt necessary.

I agree with the whole medicine thing, I have lots of health problems and had numerous surgeries and refused medicine before and after, only allowed them to put me under. I just wasnt sure if someone had some type of lotion or w.e to get rid of the pimples. I guess looking at it its not all that bad most of them are gone anyways and I am sure its more noticeable to me bc I am the mom.
Just a face cloth and warm water. Make sure to keep her face clean after every feeding. It's natural and can be caused by hormones in breast milk (if you BF). But people really don't notice it besides you. Don't worry about it!
Re: Pimples
Dd didn't have much at all,and if she didn't it wasn't noticable.
Though I've heard it goes away on its own!
