Need good vibes!
I have to give a short speech at my MOD kick-off lunch today. Very nervous. But MOD lady said that I did not have to talk long. Just hope I don't start rambling.( I tend to do that)

Good luck - I'm sure you'll be great! We had our kick-off meeting Monday night and the NICU nurse that spoke had me huddled in a corner crying. I should have known better than to go!!
