When you have a chance can I get a copy of the work/pumping class from Mercy. Whichever way is easiest for you, email or fax. I have one more month before going back to work and trying to get that stash going. I think I may start taking some fenugreek.

I have seriously considered starting to take fenugreek too ever since someone here said they started pumping 10 oz. a session after taking it! LOL. I only have a few days worth of milk in my freezer and I am super nervous about the pumping at work situation

I started taking Fenugreek when I went back to work, and while I'm not getting 10 oz a session, I have seen an increase in my supply.
