    I go to Fringe Salon in Annapolis.  Lisa, the owner, is great.  I used to work in a salon so I am very picky and she always does an amazing job.  I get a cut and style for $40.

    Vivid in Linthicum is really good but it can get pricey. Where are you looking?  I acutally go to a place in GB that doesnt look all that nice- but I love the girl I go to:)
