NC girls - need your weatherwoman skills

My mom and I are planning to drive back home one of these days, but with bad weather back home we aren't sure what will work best.

I have an aunt in the Raleigh area and we were thinking of driving to go see her if the weather was bad at home still tomorrow.

Anyone in the Raleigh area know if you are gearing up for snow? And if so, which days?

  • We are getting some now but it's not sticking to roads. Otherwise I think this weekend should be ok.

  • FYI, you can get an Interstate forecast for your trip on weather.com. I think it's under the Driving tab. It gives you the forecast for all cities on your trip.

Thats cool, I never knew that.

Although I am not sure how much I trust them anymore....

  • I think there is a semi-decent chance of snow there Tuesdayish.  But that is only because I follow a TN weather blog and noticed that area on the map as well.

  • I am in Raleigh and after the little bit of wintry mix we are getting today the next several days will be nice. Highs in the upper 40s low 50s and sunny. Should be fine.
